Plenary Panel P12: Disruptive Innovations in STEM Education

Sir Ken Robinson has said that, rather than an “evolution”, what we need is a “revolution” in education. In line with this statement, STEM Education stakeholders are discovering it is very difficult to do this within existing Higher Education institutions. Some have developed disruptive innovations which may lead to a whole new model for STEM education institutions. How do we cope with the challenge of preparing the professional that the 4th Industrial Revolution and the Knowledge Society are demanding?
